Why would I want to rent a home to random people!? I felt like i was on a journey by myself.

No one will cheer you on more than you can. Everything you set your mind to, can be done. Just take a chance and most importantly get around people that are doing the thing you want to be doing.
Just do the damn thing! 🧨
