Where should YOU start investing in real estate in 2024? Finding the best rental property markets isn’t all that hard, and we’re giving away the data to do just that in today’s video. Dave Meyer, Head of Real Estate at BiggerPockets, asked himself, “If I were rebuilding my real estate portfolio in 2024, where would I start?” So, he compiled the data and is presenting six real estate markets, three of which are great for long-distance investing and three which he would move to specifically to invest.
These markets are ranked by affordability, rent-to-price ratio, and economic stability.
